The weekend of May 3-5, 2002 I will participate in the Avon Breast Cancer 3 day. I was inspired to join this crusade by my mother who walked all 60 miles last year and raised nearly $2000.00. This year we have decided to walk together to raise twice as much money.
Breast Cancer can affect all woman regardless of race, age, or lifestyle. We need to join together as woman and find a cure to end this tragic disease.
I am walking for all the victims and surviors. I am walking for all the woman who have lost their battle and need someone to keep up the fight. I am walking for the women who are too weak to walk for themselves.
I am determined to raise the money. In order to do that I need your help. I know times are hard for everyone right now, but now more than ever is when we all need to pull together and fight.
